This is a proposal for a house on a triangular site surrounded by roads on all sides except the south. The proposal sublimates the disadvantages of the site into the characteristics of the house by securing the lighting on the south side and the view from the outside while blocking the line of sight from the surrounding road, and by incorporating many innovations to make the limited interior space look spacious. By using the east and west sides of the house as walls and specifying roof insulation and heat shielding, etc., it is a healthy house with a heat insulation performance of ZEH or higher to suppress radiant heat, and the living room void that lets in light also promotes indoor ventilation.
南面以外を道路に囲まれた三角敷地に対する住宅の計画である。
周囲道路からの目線を遮りつつ、南面採光・外部眺望を確保しつつ、限られた室内を広く見せる工夫も多く取り入れたことで、敷地のデメリットをこの住宅の特徴へと昇華する提案。東西面を壁とし、屋根断熱・遮熱の仕様とすること等で、ZEH以上の断熱性能で輻射熱まで抑制し、光を取り込むリビング吹抜けが室内換気も促進する健康住宅となる。
